Your Data

Information you provide to Tidy Rooms is used to reply to your enquiry, or as part of a standard working relationship to enable decluttering and organising services to be provided by Tidy Rooms. Data includes your name, address, phone number, email address and any other form of communication you provide. Information is confidential and will not be given to third parties without your consent, save as permitted or required by law or by relevant regulatory authorities. 

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is kept as accurate and up to date as possible and not kept for longer than is necessary.

Your contact details will be deleted after an initial enquiry or consultation if we have not heard from you within 1 year. If you have been a client of Tidy rooms and it has been 7 years since our last contact, your contact details and all data relating to our decluttering sessions will be deleted from our records. Your surname, first and final date of communication will remain on our database. 

Data Security

The information you provide is subject to procedures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure. Please ask to see our Data Protection Policy for further details. 

Cookies

Tidy Rooms does not use tracking cookies, however some cookies are necessary to ensure the proper function of the website through its provider, IONOS by 1&1. These cookies are deleted after each browser session. The following data is collected from website visitors and is immediately anonymised during the collection: Referrer, Requested website or file, Browser type and browser version, Operating system used, Device type used, Time of access, IP address in anonymized form. Additionally, processing by IONOS SiteAnalytics takes place.

The Tidy Rooms website contains links to other websites of interest, but takes no responsibility for the protection of information you provide whilst visiting these sites. Such sites are not governed by this Privacy Statement.
